Introduction

You are suffering. Your innovation projects are falling apart, yielding disappointing results. You are doing everything right, and yet you are failing. Or, are you?

WHAT PROBLEMS ARE WE SOLVING?

We defined three problems worth solving:

  1. I don’t know Lean Startup, and would like to learn more about it.
  2. I know Lean Startup, and you would like to get better at it.
  3. I don’t care about the method, current innovation flavour of the month, I just want to innovate better.

HOW ARE WE SOLVING THEM

We are solving these three issues by building awareness around Lean Startup and Lean Innovation, by providing workshops as arenas to develop your skills, and by running implementation projects for a few selected clients.

  • Organizing public events like breakfast meetings

Most of our clients often have hectic schedules, priorities and a range of other important tasks that competes for their attention. This is where we bring most value, because we can keep 100% focus on the practical innovation work over time, enabling accurate learning and rapid iterations and ultimately scaling new sources of income for our clients.
